I wasn’t sure how basil would work as a perfume, but it’s surprisingly fresh and elegant—not at all like cooking herbs. The intensity is just right for me, and it feels modern without being overpowering.

The dry-down lasts for hours on my skin without turning sharp, which is rare for a green scent. It’s bright and smooth, and I’ve gotten compliments just from walking past people.

The first spritz is pure, green basil—so fresh it feels like snapping a leaf off the plant—but it settles into something surprisingly elegant and modern. It lasts most of the day on my skin, and I keep catching whiffs of it and smiling. This is my new summer signature.
